Traveling with your debit, credit, or ATM card?

Your Bank 1st cards can be used both domestically and abroad. Please ensure when traveling you complete and provide to the bank a Travel Form notifying us of the dates you will be gone and the locations that you will be.

  • If Shazam, our debit card processor, suspects fraudulent activity on your debit card a temporary block may be placed on the card and an attempt to contact you will be made. If you need assistance outside of bank hours, please contact Shazam at 866-508-2693 (available 24 hours of day).
  • If Bankers Bank, our credit card processor, suspects fraudulent activity on your credit card a temporary block may be placed on the card and an attempt to contact you will be made. If your card does get blocked, please call the number on the back of your credit card for immediate help.
